I admit that I have a limited history with vegetarian culinary curinse. That said I found a gem. At the Culinary Arts Center at RCBC each dish was arranged as if it was a fine work of art. This is largely about presentation. As if you purchased a Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, or perhaps a work created by James McNeill Whistler. Yes you might wish to whistle for the dish is petty enough to mount on display. Ah but do not for the nuggets of nourishment are as delectable as they look. The portions are pleasing unless you are the type who wishes to shovel as much food into your gastrointestinal system as it take till to you feel bloated.
